The Metamorphic Association owns the Metamorphic Technique® trademark and the name is protected and registered with EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). This protection covers all translations of the name Metamorphic Technique® such as Metamophische Methode, Technique de la Metamorphose and Tecnica Metamorfica.

 

You can use our wording, our work and our marketing materials as long as you are one of our current members and have met the criteria of your membership level; only our Teaching Members can offer certified Metamorphic Technique® Workshops that allows participants to join the Metamorphic Association. If you leave our Membership you can no longer use our name or materials.

If you are unsure about the status of a session or workshops you have been offered, you can check our Members Directory or contact our office by email for clarification or reassurance as a teaching member may have left us but as long as they were a member with us when they conducted the workshop with you, then the workshop you've been to (and your certificate) will still be recognised by us.
